Mathew Carrion
Managing Partner

The founding partner of the firm, Mr. Carrion specializes in advanced tax planning for small business owners as well as complex tax resolution issues.
After graduating from SUNY Brockport with a bachelors of science in accounting, Mr. Carrion was quickly drawn to the tax field. It was here that he quickly realized the typical accounting firms were only doing transactional work for tax preparation and there were missed opportunity to help the clients on a deeper level. When he founded the firm in 2020 he had the vision of helping clients by providing a streamlined tax planning service that large corporations were consistantly using and implementing to the average small business owner. These tax strategy designs and implementations ensure clients are maximizing deductions, minimizing their tax liability and ultimately increasing cash flow for business owner. He also understands the pressure that comes with running a business and how the IRS & Local taxing authorities can aggressively try to collect payment from you. This is why it is important to have an experienced tax professional to represent you in these circumstances.

Eliene Do Carmo
Partner

After joining the firm as a partner in 2021, Ms. Do Carmo brings 12 years of experience as a financial analyst and specializes in fractional CFO services.
Eliene Do Carmo, received her bachelors degree in Finance in 2009. After finding her passion in finances and in internal controls she pursued her MBA in Finance in Brazil, graduating in 2016. She offers keen insight in compliance and specializes in internal controls for small businesses and fractional CFO services.

Virti Shah
Senior Tax Accountant

Ms. Shah is a well-versed tax advisor and handles a variety of different tax issues.
Ms. Shah started her career in public accounting and has continued her skills in taxation. Ms. Shah is a CPA that works in a variety of areas including non-profits, financial reporting, restaurants, construction companies, developers, and professionals including attorneys, insurance companies & advisors.

Domenique Gerard
Junior Tax Accountant

Ms. Gerard specializes in tax compliance and working with small business owners and high net worth individuals to maintain all elements of compliance.
Domenique Gerard attended St. Francis College where she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in international Business in 2017. She went on to pursue her Masters Degree in Accounting in order to follow a career in public accounting. Working as an Associate Analyst for National Grid, Ms. Gerard currently assists the firm on a contract basis as a tax accountant specializing in individual and business tax preparation.
